To support these aspirations, we need to attract the best people to join us and to create an environment which enables people to thrive at work.  We are looking for a new Senior Manager of Talent to play a key role in delivering these aspirations.  You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, People and Culture Student Workers and Fertin’s DK apprentice programme.

To succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about creating a learning organisation with exceptional leadership ability, and in creating a great experience for new employees.  You’ll have an excellent track record of delivering impactful L&D programmes on a global level and facilitating end-to-end hiring processes.  

 

Key Accountabilities:

Set global and strategic direction for the Fertin Pharma end to end talent life cycle:

 

 

 

 

  • Deploy Learning and development strategy and drive select business integrated capability programs
  • Build Fertin Employer Brand and grow talent acquisition capabilities and practices
  • Improve and deploy talent management practices

Talent Attraction & Acquisition (40%)

  • In collaboration with recruiters, HRBPs and Vecture Fertin Pharma Talent Acquisition team define Employer Branding and acquisition strategy and roadmaps across Fertin entities globally
  • Lead the HRecruiter team in DK
  • Facilitate senior specialist / leader hirings in DK
  • Negotiate vendor agreements together with Procurement

Talent Management / Development (60%)

  • Deploy global learning and development strategy in alignment with Fertin business strategy (BPO)
  • Develop learning & development execution roadmaps
  • Review and drive continuous improvement of business integrated talent management practices
  • Design, execute and facilitate global strategic capability programs, i.e. program / project management, R&D specialist programs in collaboration with HRBPs
  • Drive the leadership development programs (talent programs, succession management, new managers etc.) (BPO)
  • Co-develop and execute on senior leadership development programs in collaboration with VP, People & Culture
  • Responsible for L&D vendor assessment and collaboration
  • Manage vendor budgets

  • VPs Commercial, Operations & Supply Chain, R&D and the respective leadership teams
  • HR business partners in DK, India and Canada
  • External L&D and recruitment vendors
  • VP, People & Culture
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in parent and sister companies ensuring alignment across the matrix
  • HR stakeholders in sister and parent companies

Required experience & competencies

  • Master’s degree (business, psychology, sociology) or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of experience working and executing in international business environment
    • Delivering impactful L&D programs in global business communities
    • Facilitating end-to-end hiring processes (in Denmark) from job spec to onboarding
  • Brings a solid theoretical and practice-oriented recruiter and L&D toolbox
  • Strong business acumen (ability to define value propositions and design programs tailored to specific business challenges)
  • Facilitator of stakeholder alignment
  • Cultural and organizational savviness
  • Driven and high energy executor
